中国城市化进程随中国经济的高速增长在不断加快,而处于经济转型中的城市社区由于政策、体制等各种原因在短期内获得了丰富的社区社会资源,在树立和落实科学发展观,努力构建社会主义和谐社会的历史背景下,社区如何有效的开发与利用其所具有的资源禀赋,是本文从一个社区实例出发展开研究的切入点。合肥市青阳路社区在发展中存在着各种潜力,站在其实践经验的基础上,探索一条有效开发与利用社区社会资源的科学发展模式,可为人的全面发展以及构建社会主义和谐社会提供理论支持。

With the economy fast developing, the process of urbanization of China is going on at a greatly accelerated pace, which brings abundant community social resources to the city in a short time. In the view of establishing and implementing scientific development, making great efforts to construct the socialist harmonious society, how to effectively develop and make full use of resources is the key point for this article to research. Therefore, the author has dissected various potentiality existed in developing the community in Qingyang road, Hefei, on the basis of its practical experience, the author also tries hard to explore one scientific development model of the social resources of community so as to build an all-round way and harmonious community, and offer support to the harmonious society.
