摘要
依据国家现行规范要求和海洋石油设施清洗工程经验,提出了海洋石油平台弃置设施清洗施工程序,并对清洗过程中的环境影响因素进行了分析,概括了清洗废液的处理方法,对海洋石油平台弃置项目的实施具有指导性意义。
As per current government specification requirement, incorporated several years practice of cleaning of offshore oil facilities, the cleaning procedure of disposed facilities from offshore platform, and analysis of environment impact factors during cleaning, as well as disposal method of waste liquid during cleaning are presented
