摘要
对西欧绿绒蒿Meconopsis cambrica(L.)Vig.及其它来自罂粟亚科(Papaveroideae)的17个种的nrDNA ITS区(包括ITS1、5.8S和ITS2)的序列进行测定,并对这些序列进行排位和统计分析.所得18个种的ITS序列长度范围为589-676bp,这些序列经ClustalX1.81软件排序后ITS区的序列长度为706位点(ITS1为271bp;5.8S为162bp;ITS2为373bp;包括gap),其中变异位点99个(占14.0%).结果显示,西欧绿绒蒿与绿绒蒿属其它种之间的差异较其与罂粟属(Papaver)的种类之间的差异更大,表明西欧绿绒蒿与罂粟属具有更近的亲缘关系.因此,将西欧绿绒蒿从绿绒蒿属中划分出来并重新归到罂粟属中较为合理.
The sequence of the internal transcribed spacers (ITS) of the nuclear ribosomal DNA of West European Meconopsis carnbrica (L.)rig. was determined and compared with the ITS sequences of other 17 species from subfamily Papaveroideae. The lengths of the 18 samples were 589--676bp. The total sequences were aligned by the software ClustalX1.81 and the length of the aligned sequences was 706 bp (ITS1 271bp, 5.8S 162bp, ITS2 373bp, including the gap), of which 99 variable loci (14.0%) were provided. The results showed that the difference of Meconopsis carnbrica from the species of the genus Papaver was least and even was smaller than its difference from the other species of the genus Meconopsis, which suggested that Meconopsis carnbrica was closer to genus Papaver than to the genus Meconopsis. Therefore, It seems that Meconopsis cambrica should be separated from the genus Meconopsis and be treated as a member of the genus Papaver.
