摘要
目的检测Th1/Th2细胞特异性转录因子T-bet/GATA3在寻常性银屑病患者皮损中表达,探讨T-bet/GATA3在银屑病发病机制中的作用及意义。方法采用免疫组化ABC法研究银屑病患者皮损中T-bet、GATA3表达,并以15例正常人作为对照组。通过图像分析技术进行定量分析。结果银屑病皮损中既可表达T-bet,又可表达GATA3,而在正常皮肤不表达。定量分析显示,皮损中T-bet表达水平显著高于GATA3(P<0.05)。结论T-bet/GATA3表达的失衡和T-bet高表达可能参与了银屑病发病过程。
Objective To investigate the expression of Thl - specific T - box transcription factor T - bet and Th2 - specific transcription factor GATA3 in psoriasis,and analyze their roles in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Methods Immunohistochemical technique - Avidin Biotin comples （ABC） was employed to study the expression of T- bet and GATA3 in the lesions of patients and 15 normal controis. The quantity was got by image analysis technology. Results Both T -bet,GATA3 were expressed in the lesions ,no expressed in normal skin. Quantitatively, the expression of T - bet was markedly higher than GATA3 （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The expression of T - bet,GATA3 were imbalanced and the over - expression of T - bet might be involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
