摘要 采用膜分离技术回收城市煤气联产甲醇驰放气中的氢,返回到合成系统用于调节H/C比在2.05~2.20的最佳操作范围内,使合成气有效成分增加,降低了能耗,减少副反应发生,提高了甲醇的合成率.在河南省煤气化项目义马气源厂80 kt/a装置中使用取得了很好的效果. The membrane separation technology can be used to reclaim the hydrogen in the purge gas of associated methanol during the production of city gas, the hydrogen can be re-fed to the synthesis system to adjust the H/C ratio to 2.05-2.20. which is the best operation range, and thus increase the effective content of the synthesis gas, decrease the energy consumption, reduce the occurrence of the subsidiary reactions and improve the synthetic ratio of the methanol. This technology has been applied in the 80 kt/a Unit of Yima Gas Plant of Henan Coal Gasification Project and has achieved good effect.
