羊附红细胞体抗原的分析及初步应用

Analysis and Application of E.ovis Antigen

将提取的羊附红细胞体抗原进行SDS-PAGE电泳及免疫印迹分析,并以此抗原为诊断抗原,用ELISA方法对64份羊的血清样本进行了初步检测。结果表明,56kDa和26kDa的羊附红细胞体抗原具有较好的免疫性,而且不与羊附红细胞体阴性血清和羊支原体病阳性血清发生交叉反应,具有较好的特异性;ELISA检测的64份血清样本的阳性率为66.7%,比涂片镜检高22.9个百分点。

The antigen trait and immunogenicity western blotting, then the E. ovis antigen was of E. ovi were analyzed using SDS-PAGE and used as a diagnostic antigen to detect 64 serum samples by ELISA. The results showed that the 56kD and 26kD antigens had better immunoge- nicity and could not react with the sheep positive serum of Mycoplasma pneumonia and negative serum of E. ovis. Of the 64 samples detected, the positive rate was 66.7%（42/64）, 22.9% high- er than that of direct microscopic examinerion.
