摘要
研究了冷拉拔过程对Mo-La2O3材料室温力学性能的影响及其机制。结果表明:适当的冷拉拔工艺可提高钼的室温强度;拉拔速度采用180 m/min生产的稀土钼丝抗拉强度、抗弯折次数等指标均优于其它工艺速度的产品。微米级La2O3粒子均匀弥散在钼晶粒内部,通过钉扎位错,阻滞滑移系运动的作用,起到弥散强化效果。
The effects and mechanism of cold - drawing processing on ambient mechanical properties of Mo - La2O3 are studied. The results show that the proper solid -drawing processing could widely improve the mechanical properties of Mo parts; and that micron La2O3 particles uniformly disperse inside the Mo grains, retard the movement of dislocations and slipping systems, thus greatly strengthening Mo parts.
