整合素在胃癌中的表达及意义

The Expression and Significance of Integrin α_4, β_1, β_4 Subunits in Gastric Carcinoma

应用LSAB免疫组化方法检测35例胃癌组织及邻近正常胃粘膜x4、β1、β4亚单位整合素的表达状况。结果发现：1．胃癌组织中整合素的表达程度明显高于正常胃粘膜组，35例胃癌中x4阳性13例（37．10％），β1阳性33例（94.3％），β4阳性20例（57.1％）；2．三亚单位尤其是x4和β4表达与胃癌临床病理特征密切相关。结果提示：x4、β1的高表达或β4的低表达．可能在胃癌浸润和转移过程中发挥着重要作用．预示该癌组织有高侵袭倾向。

The expression of integrin x4,β1,β4 subunits in 35 cases of gastric carcinoma and normal mucous membrane were studied by LSAB immunothistochemical method. The result showed that the expression of integrin in gastric carcinoma was stronger than in normal mucous membrane.Among 35 cases of gastic carcinoma, 13 cases were positive for integrin x4(37.1 %), 33 cases were positive for integrin β1(94.3%), and 20 cases were positive for integrin β4(57.1%). There were close relationship in the expression of these three subunits, especially in β4 and g, subunits. The result suggests that the more or the less expression of 24 and β1, subunit may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
