介绍了TSX 37-10型号PLC在煤矿定重载荷生产中的应用以及硬件结构和软件设计。论述了美国Wonderware公司的工控组态软件InTouch的特点,并以该系统为例讲述了InTouch在煤矿生产监控中的应用。该系统可以自动控制外围设备运行,并且可以实时显示提升的煤的重量和累计提升重量和次数等,还具有声光报警等功能。实际的应用表明,该系统安全可靠,稳定性好。
The paper mainly introduces the application of TSX 37-10 PLC in production of coal mine and the design of hardware structure and software .Present characten＇istics of InTouch,one industrial control configuration software product of Wonderware corporation＇s.Taking the system for example,this is to describe the application of lnTouch in mining production＇s monitoring.The device can automatically control the running of equipments and real-timely display the weight of coal,in addition to the total weight and total hoist times.It also provides the function of warning in the ways of alarm and light.The system has high reliability and good stability.
