摘要
根据当前工业上在用RTD元件作为精准测温时存在的诸多问题,通过采用浮空电流源激励、对测量信号进行滤波放大和差分补偿等措施,对测量方法进行了一系列改进,大大提高了测量的精度。通过仿真和实际应用验证,该方法可有效地消除测量系统中的线电阻、高频噪声、运放误差等多种负面影响,并具有较高的可靠性和稳定性。
Based on the problems of precision temperature measurement which use RTD components in current industry, by taking some specific measures such as using floating current source to motivate RTD componentsi filtering amplification and differential compensation to the measured signal, this paper will carry out a series of improvements for measuring methods, and will greatly enhance the precision of the measurement. Through simulation and verification with practical application, this method can be effective in eliminating a variety of negative effects in measurement system, such as line resistancei high-ffequency noise, and errors of operational amplifier, having high reliability and stability.
