摘要 为了考察改进型涡凹气浮设备MCAF-10浓缩剩余活性污泥的性能,在朝阳洲污水处理厂对MCAF-10浓缩剩余污泥进行了试验研究,结果表明:絮凝剂采用FO4440SH,最佳投加量为1.0 kg/tDS,表面活性剂采用1 227,最佳投加量0.2 kg/tDS,最佳固体负荷和水力负荷分别为270 kgMLSS/m^2.d1、10 m^3/m^2.d,出水SS为100~150 mg/L,与CAF-5浓缩剩余活性污泥时最佳固体负荷和水力负荷分别为230 kgMLSS/m^2.d9、0 m^3/m^2.d,出水SS为200~250 mg/L相比,提高了涡凹气浮污泥浓缩工艺的处理能力,降低了出水SS浓度,MCAF工艺比CAF工艺更适合于剩余活性污泥的浓缩。 In order to find out the capability of modified cavitation air floatation facility (MCAF-10) for thickening excess activated sludge, some experiments had been done in Chaoyangzhou wastewater treatment plant . The experimental results show:when the flocculant FO4440SH was added with an optimal dosage of 1.0kg/ tDS,the 1227 was adopted as surfactant with an optimal dosage of 0.2kg/tDS, the optimal solid loading was 270kgMLSS/m^2· d, hydraulic loading was 110 m^3/m^2 ·d and the effluent with residual SS of 100-150mg/L was obtained. In contrast with the CAF-5 process that the optimal solid loading was 230kgMLSS/m^2 · d,hydraulic loading was 90 m^3/m^2 · d, effluent residual SS was 200~250mg/L. The MCAF has improved the thickening ability of the cavitation air floatation process and has lowered the effluent residual SS. The MCAF process is more suitable for thickening low concentration excess activated sludge than CAF process.
