摘要
采用ABAQUS有限元计算软件,建立了地下厂房岩壁吊车梁运行期的有限元分析模型,分别计算了8种吊装工况下的模拟计算分析,超载模拟50%。计算分别给出吊车梁的内力和位移,以及吊车梁与围岩的开合值、锚杆的内力、围岩的位移,并与试验结果进行对比分析。通过计算分析,可以了解吊车梁的超载能力及安全稳定性,同时也为今后的吊车梁的设计提供帮助。
With ABAQUS, a finite element analysis model for the crane beam of underground workshop during running period has been carried out. It separately makes analog computation of eight kind of different hoisting operating modes. The biggest overload simulation has reached 50%. Not only the computation has separately given to the internal stress, the displacement and the distance of the crane beam, the internal stress force of the anchor rod, and the displacement of the surrounding rock, it has also made comparzson and analysis. Through the computation and analysis, it is know that the overload capacity of the crane beam as well as the distribution situation of the internal stress and the displacement under crane lode. This may provide references to the crane beam design in the future.
