摘要
高功率因数变流器可对输入电流进行实时控制,使系统具有高功率因数,低谐波含量,改变装置中的有功和无功电流,因此可显著提高输电系统传输功率的能力。本文主要阐述该变流器的交流电感在系统中的核心作用,从系统稳定性、电感与功率因数的关系,以及负载动态变化时电感的选择对系统的影响3个方面进行了分析,并提出了电感的设计思想,给出了分析结论。根据所设计的电感参数搭建了实验样机,利用DSP TMS320F2812对样机进行控制,实验结果验证了电感设计的正确性。
As the harmonics criterion of electrical equipment being more stricter, high power factor converter has been used more widely than before.The input current of the converter is controlled reahimely which makes the system have high power factor,low harmonic components and alters active and reactive current of tile converter.All of these will improve the power transmission capacity of the system obviously.This paper mainly expatiates the central effect of inductor in high power factor reversible converter.According to the analysis of the system stability,the relationship between inductor and power factor,and the effect on the system using a certain inductor in the dynan aic process of the load,this paper puts forward the idea of the parametric design of inductor.Using the PSIM software to do the simulation,the result gets many different waveforms with respective to its different parameters and carries out a conclusion.At last,according to the parameter of inductor getting from the simulation,DSP TMS320F 2812 is used to control experimental prototype,and the experimental results verify the correctness of this scheme.
