摘要 在工业中,有一些电磁设备启动时需要高电压或大电流,而启动后只需要低电压或小电流来维持。本文给出该类设备的控制电路,主回路由整流二极管、晶闸管、续流二极管组成;控制回路由电阻、稳压管、三极管等组成。初始由小触发角触发来获得高电压或大电流,短时间后,自动变成大触发角来触发晶闸管,以获得低电压或小电流。电路设计简单耐用,抗干扰能力强。现已成功应用于某港口翻车机的电磁制动器上,工作稳定、可靠。 In the industry,a number of electromagnetic equipments need high voltage or biggish current while starting,but lower voltage or smaller current can keep them work after startup.A control circuit about the sort of equipments is designed.hs main circuit includes commutating diode,thyristor,freewheeling diode;the control loop includes resistances,zener diode, triode and so on.At beginning, a smaller trigger angle triggers the thyristor in order to obtain high voltage or biggish current, for a moment, this trigger circuit turn to a biggish trigger angle automatically to trigger thyristor, then we obtain lower voltage or smaller current.The designed trigger circurt is simple and robust,which have better antidisturbance capability and is successfully used as controller of electromagnetic arrester of tipper of some seaports now,and operates steadily and reliably.
