摘要 介绍了一种新型零电流开关(Zero Current Switching,简称ZCS)脉宽调制(Pulse Width Modulated,简称PWM)Buck变换器,它能在整个负载范围内实现主开关管和辅助开关管的ZCS以及所有无源功率器件的零电压开关(Zero Voltage Switching,简称ZVS)。详细分析了该变换器的工作原理,并通过一台300W,30kHz样机验证了该电路的可行性。 This paper introduces a novel ZCS-PWM buck converter,featuring ZCS of all the active switches and ZVS of all the passive semiconductor devices from no-load up to full load.The principles of the proposed new ZCS PWM Buck converter are explained.The performance of this converter is verified by simulative and experimental results obtained from a 300W 30kHz prototype.
