摘要
在介绍飞机电磁热铆接系统组成的基础上,就关键的频率跟踪问题,提出了基于自校正极值寻优控制的谐振频率自动跟踪方法,重点阐述了控制方法的基本原理。样机运行结果表明,控制系统能随外部干扰和负载变化自动跟踪谐振频率,并有可靠性好,电路简单,抗干扰能力强的特点。
After introducing a new electromagnetic heating riveting system, for solving a key problem of following frequency, a method of automatic following resonance frequency based on self-tuning extremum seeking optimum control theory is put forward.Its key points of design principle are introduced.The prototype operation indicate that control system can automatically adapts the drift of parameters with the new wethod.It has such character as high reliable, simple circuit and good anti-jamming.
