摘要
针对架线式矿机车的特定运行环境和牵引特性,采用U/f控制模式,设计了一种基于DSP控制的VVVF交流变频调速方案。首先,介绍了感应电机U/f控制原理及架线式矿机车的运行特点;然后详细讨论了DSP调速系统的硬件电路设计原理和软件设计流程。试验表明,所设计的变频调速系统数字化实现方便,具有良好的调速和牵引性能,在矿机车交流传动领域有着广泛的应用前景。
According to the operation context and traction property of the overhead-line locomotive,a DSP based variable-speed drive system is presented,in which the U/f control method is employed.The principle of U/f control and the operation requirements of overhead-locomotive are discussed.The hardware and software procedure of the Speed-adjustable system are designed.The experiments show that the presented VVVF speed-variable drive system has good performances and traction properties which is quit applicable to the overhead locomotives.
