摘要
研制了一台基于DSP的数字化逆变式等离子切割电源。电源系统采用双核核心控制器,以DSP-TMS320LF2407为核心处理器,以P89C54单片机为辅助处理器。DSP的3路PWM分别对斩波与逆变电路的IGBT进行驱动。通过LM35温度传感器和霍尔传感器进行实时温度和电流采样,并设计了温度及电流反馈保护电路;针对切割电源工作过程中可能会出现过电压、欠电压和过电流等问题,设计了专用的保护电路和吸收网络。实验证明,该系统控制精度高,电路简单,工作可靠。
A digitized inverted plasma cutting power supply base on DSP was developed.The system with binuclear as the core controller used DSP TMS320LF2407 as the core processor and takes P89C54 single chip microcomputer(SCM) as the assisted processor.Three groups of PWM of DSP drived separafly the IGBT of chopping circuit and inverting circuit.On sampling the real-time temperature and electric current through the temperature sensor LM35 and the Hall sensor,the temperature and current feedback protection circuits were designed.In order to avoid such problems as over/behind voltage,over-current and so on ,the special-purpose protection circuit and the absorption network were designed.The experiments show that the system has high control precision, simple circuit and reliable operation.
