摘要
基于ATmega128单片机的智能化特点,设计了一种新型变压变频中频电源。该电源采用斩波调压和逆变调频相结合的方法实现变压变频功能,具有电压、频率独立调节的优点。与传统SPWM方式相比,利用面积中心等效法原理产生SPWM信号,输出波形具有更好的对称度,显著减小了高次谐波分量。为验证理论分析,设计了一台1kW/2kHz的实验样机。实验结果表明,该电源电压幅值和频率可实现独立调节而互不干涉,结构简单,在内圆磨床和电动工具等应用中频电源的领域具有很好的实用价值。
A new Variable Voltage Variable Frequency(VVVF) middle frequency supply is introduced based on the intellectualized single chip ATmega128.The supply achieves the VVVF adopting the methods of chooper variable voltage and inverter variable frequency.It has the characteristics that voltage and frequency regulations of the supply can implement independently.The theory of SPWM area center equivalent,which makes the harmonic being suppressed greatly,is used to produce SPWM drive signal.Compared with the traditional SPWM,the output voltage waveforms were more symmetrical, and high order harmonic was reduced obviously.A lkW/2kHz prototype was designed to prove the theoretical analysis.The experimental results demonstrate that the voltage regulation and frequency regulation of the supply can implement independently without any interactions,also the new inverter supply has more simpler structure.The new supply has finer practicability in the fields using middle frequency supply such as internal grinding machine and electric tools.
