摘要
通过对大容量电化学整流电源产生过电压原因的定性和定量分析,提出了几种行之有效的过电压保护技术,如采用独特技术设计的雷击过电压高能氧化锌压敏电阻(High Energy Zinc Oxide Piezoresistor,简称HEZOP)吸收电路和采用换算系数设计的换相过电压阻容吸收电路。实践证明了这些过电压保护技术的正确性和有效性。
Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the causes of over-voltage produced by high-capacity electrochemistry rectifier power,the researchers propose some effective protection technologies such as high-energy zinc oxide piezoresistor absorption circuit of lightning over-voltage designed with unique technology and commutation impedance absorption circuit designed with conversion coefficient.The application has proved the correctness and effectiveness of the over-voltage protection technologies.
