摘要
A pot experiment was conducted to study the Pb-Zn compound pollution on tobacco. The result showed that Pb-Zn compound pollution was more complicated than single heavy metal pollution. The interaction of Zn and Pb resulted in an decrease of Pb uptake and an increase of Zn uptake in roots of tobacco with the increase of Zn concentration in soil, which showed a compition effect between Pb and Zn;While Pb uptake in leaf and stalk was more complicated: when Zn concentration in soil ≤100 mg·kg-1,Pb uptake in leaf and stalk increased, which showed an additive effect;when Zn concentration in soil>100 mg·kg-1,Pb uptake in leaf and stalk decreased, which showed an antagonistic effect. In addition,Zn uptake in each tissues of tobacco increased with the increase of Zn concentration in soil, but independent of Pb concentration.
