摘要
在永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,简称PMSM)矢量控制系统中,需要利用转子位置信息来实现转子磁场定向控制。基于滑模变结构理论,设计了一个用于PMSM无传感器矢量控制系统的滑模观测器,以估算电机的转子位置。深入分析了实际运行中当电机参数,如电阻R、电感L发生变化时,转子位置角估算值的变化情况。仿真和实验结果均表明,滑模观测器对电机参数变化具有很强的鲁棒性,能够实现对转轴位置的观测,从而实现了无传感器矢量控制。
In the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM) field-oriented control system,the information of rotor position and speed are necessary in order to achieve high performance.On the Basis of the theory of sliding mode observer,this paper presents a new method of designing the sliding mode observer to estimate the position of rotor in the sensorless PMSM control system.Also the variations of the parameters,such as resistance and inductance variations are analyzed.Simulative and experimental results show that the observer is robust to parameter variation and able to observe the position of rotor so as to achieve sensorless vector control of PMSM.
