矩阵变换器电压法三步换流的研究与设计 被引量:9

摘要 基于输出电流方向换流策略的不足,提出了采用基于输入相电压的电压法安全换流策略,并将四步换流减少为三步以提高波形质量。在此基础上设计了用4片复杂可编程逻辑器件(Complex Programmable Logic Device,简称CPLD)实现电压法三步换流,最后通过DS1005硬件仿真平台实验,验证了该设计的可靠性。 This paper analyzes the disadvantage of current-based commutation strategy, and proposes reliable inputvoltage-based commutation strategy.In order to enhance the output waveform quality, four-step commutation is reduced to three-step commutation.Also this paper designs a system hardware of four pieces of Complex Programmable Logic Devices (CPLD) to implement the commutation strategy.Finally, through the DS1005 hardware simulation platform, this design is proved to be reliable.
