摘要
提出了一种谐振型开关电容变换器拓扑。它解决了传统的开关电容变换器(Switched Capacitor Converter,简称SCC)在电容周期性充放电过程中因产生很大的电流应力,使得输出电流在增加的同时,变换器的效率急剧下降的问题。这里,详细分析了谐振型开关电容变换器的工作原理和设计方法。实验结果验证了该类变换器的高效性。
During the periodical charging and discharging operation in the capacitors,current stress is usually very high for conventional switched capacitor converter, and its efficiency is much decreased as the output current is increased. As a result,conventional switched capacitor have been limited to be used with a very small output current.To solve this problem,a resonant switched capacitor converter topology is proposed in this paper,the theoretical analysis and design method are described in detail, they are confirmed by experiments.
