摘要
分析了传统电路用于大电流脉冲发生器中存在的问题,提出了一种由LC串联谐振储能网络和晶闸管器件共同组成,但无需附加任何关断电路的半桥式谐振软开关大功率脉冲发生电路,在分析电路工作原理的基础上给出了计算公式及实验结果。
The problems existing in application of the traditional circuit in high current pulse generator are analyzed, and a kind of half-bridge resonant soft-switch high-power pulse-generating circuit without any other power-off circuit is proposed,which is composed of LC series resonance energy-storage network and Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) components.On the basis of analysing the working principal of the circuit the calculating formulas and experimental results are given.
