摘要
跆拳道教学与训练中,通过脚靶练习能有效地提高运动员的技战术和身体训练水平,该文就跆拳道经常采用的脚靶训练方法和手段及要求进行了探讨。
In the daily taekwondo's teaching and training, the exercise with kick targets can effectively improve athletes ' technique and tactics as well as their physical quality. This paper mainly discusses ways and methods of the kick target training which is often adopted in taekwondo.
