摘要
引气剂对混凝土的各项性能均有较大影响,引气剂加入会使混凝土中粗大不规则的空隙减小,这些空隙中的微气泡加大了混凝土拌和物中细颗粒的含量,而且由于球形微小气泡的表面张力在混凝土拌和、浇筑、振捣过程中能起到类似于滚珠的作用,因此对改善混凝土的流动性,提高混凝土的抗冻性能也会起到一定作用。参考国内外摊铺机摊铺路缘石混凝土施工过程中遇到的问题,针对摊铺混凝土使用材料(关键材料引气剂)、粗细集料和水泥对混凝土性能的影响对混凝土的制作和摊铺技术进行分析。
The air- entrained can have much effect on each performance of concrete, pouring of the air- entrained in concrete will make the space smaller, each stere will have several hundreds million of minuteness, stable distributing and non - connection air bubble. These bubbles enlarge the content of the granule in mixture concrete. Furthermore, thanks to the strength of surface of the minute air bubble, it can work like the ball bearing in the eonerete mixture, pour, smash and improve the fluidity. The non - connection bubbles are also helpful to the freezing of the concrete. Based on the problems in slip - form construction and a number of data from home and abroad, the article analyses the material, thick and thin collective stuff, the effect of the cement, the facture and the slip - form technology of the concrete.
