摘要
高抗硫酸盐水泥深层搅拌桩是进行盐渍土地区软基处理的一种有效形式。通过对高抗硫酸盐水泥与土体的强制拌和形成桩体,提高地基承载力及其强度,减少沉降,阻止水体流动,并能防止硫酸盐及亚硫酸盐对桩体的影响。介绍了高抗硫酸盐水泥深层搅拌桩在盐渍土地区施工中试桩、施工准备、施工工艺流程、设计参数及要求、施工过程控制、质量检验等控制环节。
Super sulfate resistant cement deep layer mixing pile is effective form of soft base treatment. The piles are formed by mixing super sulfate resistant cement and soil, which enhances the loading ability and strength of foundation, reducing sink, resisting water flow. It also prevent piles from sulfate and sulphite effect. The paper introduces the pile trial, construction preparation, construction procedures, design parameters and requirements, construction process control, quality check of super sulfate resistant cement mixing piles in salt field.
