交通物流信息化发展的思路

Discussion on communication and logistics information development

信息化建设是物流业发展的必经之路,开发和建设全省交通物流信息平台是整合社会资源、降低社会物流总成本的重要途径之一,也是提高物流企业核心竞争力的突破口。发展交通物流信息化的目的是为建立全省统一、开放、竞争、有序的道路运输市场服务。根据信息属性和技术可实现的方法,物流信息平台由共用信息平台、物流基础信息平台和物流作业信息平台3部分组成,共用信息平台是中心。通过上述3个平台的设计,提出开发和建立交通物流信息平台系统的设计方案。

Information building is the only road that logistics development must meet. The development and establishment of communication logistics information platform is one of the important method for integrating social resource and reducing total cost of social logistics as well as the key of improving core competition of logistics en- terprise. The goal of development traffic logistics information is to form road transportation market which is united, open, vying and orderly. According to the nature of information, logistics information platform consists of three parts ：public information platform, logistics basic information platform and logistics work information platform, in which Public information platform is central. Through design of three platforms above, it puts forward design plan of developing and building traffic logistics information platform system.
