摘要
目的:研究航空管制人员人格特征,为管制员的选拔与训练提供科学依据.方法:选取某部男性管制员44名,年龄31~48岁,应用16PF人格测试量表采用群体测量的方式进行测定,其结果与全国男性常模测定值进行比较.结果:航空管制人员得分与全国男性常模比较,L(怀疑性),M(幻想性)和O(忧虑性)分值较低(P<0.01);而A(乐群性),E(恃强性),F(兴奋性),H(敢为性),N(世故性)和Q2(独立性)分值较高(P<0.01).结论:结果表明航空管制人员的心理素质较好,表明这类特殊群体的选拔,训练、管理方法是有效可行的.
AIM: To provide a scientific way for selecting and training air traffic controllers by investigating personality characteristics of air traffic controllers. METHODS: The Cattell 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF) was applied to evaluate 44 air traffic controllers whose ages were from 31 to 48 and nationwide norms separately, subsequently an inter-block contrast analysis was conducted. RESULTS: Obvious difference was observed in the final scores between the air traffic controllers and nationwide norms. The former got lower scores on L(Sensitivity) , M (Suspiciousness) and O ( Shrewdness ) ( P 〈 0.01 ), and higher scores on A( Warmth ) , E ( Stability ) , F ( Dominance ) , H ( Conformity) , N (Imagination) and Q2 (Radicalism) ( P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION: The air traffic controllers have excellent psychological quality, which might be the result of qualified selection, training and management of this special population.
