负重对大鼠明暗辨别学习速率的影响

摘要 采用无菌手术在颅骨上固定铜块的方法,探查了不同负重对大鼠明暗辨别学习记忆能力的影响.结果如下:轻体质量负重20g组(大鼠体质量为180—220g,n=10)行为习得所需训练次数为88.30±6.93,明显大于对照组(59.40±10.90次);轻体质量负重15g组(n=10)行为习得所需训练次数为60.20±9.34,与轻体质量对照组相比元显著差异.重体质量负重20g组(大鼠体质量为260—300g,n=8)行为习得所需训练次数为83.88±5.41次,与重体质量对照组的65.13±6.05次相比差异极显著,而与轻体质量负重20g组相比差异则不显著.实验结果提示:一定程度的负重影响动物的学习能力,且这种影响与负重率无关;质量在15g以下的脑电遥测装置是可以用于大鼠的行为习得过程研究的. Influence of different load on the learning ability of rats was investigated. Results were as follows: 1 ) 20 g - load inhibited light - weight animals' performance in Y - maze learning significantly compared with control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) while 15g - load had no effect on animals' behavioral learning ; 2) 20 g - load also significantly inhibited heavy ones' behavioral learning and the performance had significant difference with the light - weight control group.
