摘要
选用壳单元,利用ANSYS软件对玻纤增强泡沫夹芯夹层结构的大型地面雷达罩进行了结构设计和有限元分析,在自重、风载和雪载及组合工况下,对不同结构层厚度的雷达罩进行了应力、变形和稳定性分析。对2种结构形式的雷达罩进行了对比,结果表明夹层结构具有明显的优势。既减轻了罩体的自重,又提高了结构的刚度。此工作为大型地面雷达罩的结构设计提供了参考依据。
Design of sandwich structure reinforced by glass fiber and analysis by using finite element method was carried on in Shell elements by using ANSYS software in this paper. Under the load of weight, wind, snow and the combination of them, stress, strain and stability were analyzed. Comparition between two different types of structures were also given, which showed that sandwich structure had evident advantages that not only the radar's weight was decreased, but also the stiffness was improved, and it was a helpful research of structure design in full-scale ground radome.
