剩余污泥低温裂解催化剂的筛选研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过考察Fe2O3、CuSO4、水泥、污泥灰份等物质对城市生活污水处理厂污泥低温裂解的影响,筛选出了能使污泥初始裂解温度由300℃下降到280℃的催化剂Fe2O3和CuSO4;研究了催化剂添加量对裂解产物的影响及在添加催化剂条件下污泥裂解产物随温度的变化,研究结果表明添加CuSO4条件下产油量可提高32.4%,添加Fe2O3条件下产油量可提高76.7%。 By testing effect such as Fe2O3.CuSO4 .cement.sludge ash to the sewage sludge low-temperature pyrolysis, catalysts Fe2O3 and CuSO4 was selected and their function was analyzed for their excellent performance. Catalysed by Fe2O3 or CuSO4, the lowest initiative disintegrating temperature of urban sewage surplus sludge descended from 300 ℃ to 280 ℃, it is also revealed that both catalysts can largely promote the rate of oil yield. Under catalyzing of CuSO4, oil yield can be improved about 32.4 percent and the yield can be improved about 76.7 percent when using Fe2O3 as catalyst. It also showed the gas yield remained low during the oil yield increasing rapidly.
