摘要
自主创新在本质上属于企业战略层次,因此影响企业自主创新的主要因素也应该是影响企业战略的一般因素,即企业的核心能力、企业导向和企业文化。从企业核心能力的角度而言,自主创新在微观层面就是指企业能动性的技术创新能力,自主型技术创新最能体现出企业技术创新的自主性。从企业导向的角度而言,自主创新是以企业家为导向的企业家精神"自主"特性的体现和以市场为导向的"创新"价值的实现的统一过程。自主创新与企业文化相互影响、共同促进,在技术创新过程中,企业文化主要通过内隐文化影响自主创新,而自主创新对企业文化的影响则是通过外显文化进而影响内隐文化。
The self-innovation is essentially an factors on enterprise self-innovation are also integral part of enterprise strategy, and the influencing on its developmental strategy that involves the core competence, developmental orientation and enterprise culture. The self-innovation actually implies the mobility of an enterprise for technological innovation and reveals its technological autonomy which plays a crucial role in enterprise's core competence. Self-innovation integrates the entrepreneurial spirit with the realization of market-oriented innovation to embody the autonomy of an enterprise. With respect to the enterprise culture, it interacts with self-innovation and fosters each other. In the process of technological innovation the enterprise culture affects implicitly the self-innovation, while the latter affects the former through explicit culture which further affects the implicit one.
