摘要
用分光光度法测定了辽宁产沙棘叶中的总黄酮。用高效液相色谱法测定了其中槲皮素和芦丁的含量。结果表明，沙棘叶中总黄酮含量为０．７４％，其中芦丁为０．２７％，槲皮素为０．４１％。这对沙棘叶的利用提供了参考依据。
Content of total flavonoids in seabuckthrom leaves collected from Liaoning province is determined spectrophotometically .The relevant components is identified by HPLC.It has been found that the seabuckthrom leaf contains 0.74% of flavonoids, including 0.27% of rutin and 0.41% of quercetin.
