摘要
香芹酮在空气中易被氧化,影响了其使用性能。在分析香芹酮不稳定性原因的基础上,对其进行了氢化还原修饰,使其化学性质更为稳定,应用得以改善。产物结构被薄层色谱和紫外光谱所证实。
Carvone is easily to be oxidated in air ,which influences its application.Based on the discussion of the possible unstable causes of Carvone,the product is modified by hydrogenation. The chemical properties of the Dihydrocarvone are more stable than that of Carvome ,and the applications of the derivatives of Carvone are improved . The structure of the product is identified by the Thin Layer Chromatography and the Ultraviolet Spectooscopy
