摘要
在电话通信技术与多媒体技术基础上研制成功的商场信息电话查询与发布系统，可为商场每天２４ｈ值班接答用户电话查询商场信息，并可在预先设定的时间自动呼叫用户电话发布商场信息。该系统的研制为商场宣传开辟了一条新的渠道。
Based on telephone and microcomputer multimedia technique, the shopping centre information inquiring and advertisement system is developed. It is capable of answering the customer's telephone inquiry instantly and releasing business information, 24-hours a day. It affords a novel vehicle for shopping centre advertising.
