摘要
在描述8098单片机的10位A/D转换扩展为12位A/D转换方法原理的基础上,提出提高8098单片机A/D转换率的理论可行性,分析了实际应用中基准电源电压精度、分档电阻不一致性以及运放电路精度等对提高分辩率的影响。使用普通元器件和工艺不可能获得理论期望值。
It is theoretically possible to expand the A/D converter of the 8098 single chip microcomputer from 10 bit to 12 bit. But a series of factors are bound to effect the resolution of the converter, such as voltage precision of the datum power, non uniformity of the divider resistances and precision of the operational amplifier. Analysing all these factors, it is concluded that it is impossible to attain the theoretical expectation by using ordinary components and conventional process technology.
