5-羟色胺在脊髓损伤后呼吸功能重塑中的作用

摘要 脊髓损伤后呼吸功能障碍是导致高死亡率的原因,而5-羟色胺在脊髓损伤后可以通过交叉膈路径(cross phrenic pathway,CPP)或直接作用于膈神经元和膈神经及增强呼吸长时程增强效应和神经索上的呼吸中枢通路改善呼吸功能,促进脊髓损伤后呼吸功能的重塑。 Respiration dysfunction is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in spinal cord injury(SCI).Serotonin can improve abnormal respiration after different spinal cord injury.Serotonin can promote remodeling of respiration function by cross phrenic pathway and phrenic nerve after C2 spinal cord hemisection.And serotonin can promote remodeling of respiration function by long-term facilitation after cervical dorsal rhizotomy.Serotonin can ameliorate respiratory deficits resulting from spinal cord hemicontusion through a dorsal horn afferent-supraspinal respiratory center pathway.
