甲基苯丙胺依赖者67例心电图分析

Analysis on ECG of Metamfetamine Dependence Patient

目的观察甲基苯丙胺依赖者心电图变化情况,探讨"冰毒"等安非他明类新型毒品对人体的危害。方法对67例甲基苯丙胺依赖者戒毒入院后24 h内的心电图检查结果和70例健康体检者的心电图结果进行比较分析。结果甲基苯丙胺依赖者心电图异常改变率高达47%,以窦性心动过缓(21%)、窦性心律不齐(37%)、ST-T段改变(30%)多见;且滥用时间越长、剂量越大心电图异常率越高。结论甲基苯丙胺依赖者心电图可产生明显改变。

Objective To observe the changes on ECG of metamfetamine dependence patient and discuss the risk of metamfetamine for human beings. Methods The ECG was detected within 24 hours when patient hospitalized of 67 cases of such patient and 70 cases healthy adult were taken as control. Results The change rate was 47% in such patient with sinus brachycardia（21%）, arrhythmia （37%） and S-T segment changes （30%）. The rate was increased with long time abuse and dosage. Conclusion The metamfetamine dependence patient might have ECG changed obviously.
