摘要
伴随着高等教育的大发展,近年来高校毕业生的就业压力日趋严峻。通过对武汉高校应届毕业生就业情况的调查,分析大学毕业生就业存在的问题和原因,探讨缓解大学生就业压力的思路。
With the fast development of China higher education, the employment pressure of college students has become bigger and bigger in the recent years. This paper, through an employment survey on 2006 college students in Wuhan city, analyzes the existing problems of college graduates employment and the reasons, hoping to find a way to ease the employment pressure.
