介绍了国内外汽轮机发电机组用油的使用现状和最新发展趋势,重点阐述了汽轮机油规格和基础油的变化发展趋势,汽轮发电机组原设备制造商对汽轮机油性能的要求更加苛刻,使得具有极佳的高温氧化和热氧化稳定性、低的油泥形成及极小的粘度变化的APIⅡ类基础油在汽轮机油中得以广泛使用;同时阐述了昆仑汽轮机油系列产品中采用加氢异构化工艺生产的APIⅡ类基础油研制的汽轮机油的性能优势。
An introduction to the present status and the newest development trend of turbine oils in the world is given, especially in relation to the specification of turbine oils and the base oils. The requirements of new type turbines of OEM on turbine oils become more and more severe. As a result, API Group II base oils, which have more excellent performances than conventional base stocks, such as high - temperature oxidation performance, thermal oxidation stability, a little sludge formation and minimal viscosity change, have been widely applied to steam turbine and gas turbine oils. At the same time, the performance advantages of KUNLUN series turbine oils formulated with API Group Ⅱ base oils are described.
