摘要
高校后勤社会化使高校后勤的属性发生了变化,已具有了更多的企业性质。但这种变化尚处在质变的初期,在这场变革中,组织文化的作用是不容忽视的。目前高校后勤绝大多数比较重视文化建设,但还存在着诸多问题,原因也是多方面的。
The reform of outsourcing college rear--services to independent service providers has changed the property of college rear-services, which have become independent enterprises to some extent. However, the change is still in the primary stage of qualitative change, college rear-serviecs role of organizing culture can't be ignored in the change. Most of the college rear-services pay more attention to cultural development, while there exist lots of problems for multi-dimensional causes.
