摘要
以国产或进口乙丙共聚物热氧化降解后的干胶为原料,采用溶解法工艺开发出粘度指数改进剂T613。该剂具有稠化能力强、剪切稳定性好、热氧化安定性好、对降凝剂的感受性好的优点,性能与国内先进企业生产的粘度指数改进剂相当,在调合多级内燃机油方面取得了较好的工业应用效果。
With dissolution method technology, the VII T613 was prepared from the domestic or imported ethylene propylene copolymer after thermo - oxidative degradation. The application results showed that the VII T613 possesses excellent thickening ability, shear stability, thermal oxidation stability and the sensitivity to pour point depressor, coming up to the internal advanced level in performance. And the industrial application effects are nice when it is used for blending the multigrade engine oils.
