微波消解ICP-AES法测定润滑油中钙、钡、锌、镁、磷含量 被引量:12

摘要 研究了采用微波消解—电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测试润滑油中钙、钡、锌、镁、磷含量的方法。采用该方法钙、钡、锌、镁、磷的最低检出限分别为0.017 mg/L、0.0043 mg/L、0.0051 mg/L、0.0035 mg/L和0.030 mg/L;钙、钡、锌、镁、磷标准曲线线性相关系数均达到0.999以上,元素含量从几十微克/克到几千微克/克范围内测试精密度都较高,测试结果准确。从测试过程和测试结果看,该测试方法明显优于传统的测试方法。 The determination method of Ca, Ba, Zn, Mg and P content in lubricating oil by Microwave Digestion - Inductive Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometer was studied. The minimum detecting limits of Ca, Ba, Zn, Mg and P are individually 0.017 mg/L, 0.0043 mg/L,0.0051 mg/L,0.0035 mg/L and 0.030 mg/L. The linear coefficients of standard curves of these elements are above 0.999.The precision and accuracy are all relatively higher within a few tens μg/g to a few thousands μg/g for these elements' content. The determination process and resuits showed that this method is superior to traditional ones.
