应用《群体环境问卷》对我国男子甲级排球队凝聚力水平进行全面的调查研究,分析影响我国男子甲级排球队凝聚力的多种因素。研究结果表明,我国男子甲级排球队凝聚力总体水平普遍偏低,任务凝聚力水平高于交往凝聚力水平;不同训练年限的运动员任务凝聚力水平具有显著性差异;不同司职位置间运动员任务凝聚力水平存在显著性差异;主力、替补运动员间交往凝聚力水平存在显著性差异;不同运动等级运动员间任务凝聚力水平存在显著性差异。

By applying ＂GEO＂ , the thesis writers comprehensively survey the cohesion level of China＇s A -Level Meng Volleyball Team and analyze the factors affecting the cohesion level. The researching findings indicate： the cohesion level of China＇s A - Level Men＇s Volleyball Team is generally low, the task - fulfilling cohesion level is higher than contact -making cohesion level, the task -fulfilling cohesion level among athletes with different training periods or different positions differs obviously, the contact - making cohesion level among top players and substitute players differs significantly and the task - fulfilling cohesion level among athletes of different sports levels also differs significantly.
