高校“体教结合”培养优秀运动员的现状与对策研究——以武汉理工大学为例

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Model "Combining Sports Training with Academic Learning" to Cultivate Outstanding Athletes in China's Higher Learning Institutions

以武汉理工大学的调查为个案,对高校"体教结合"培养优秀运动员的现状进行调查。结果表明:当前高校"体教结合"培养优秀运动员队伍的建设已取得初步成效,但在具体实施过程中还存在一些不足之处。据此提出对策:加强运动员思想文化教育,培养运动员科学训练的理念,提高教练员的科学训练水平,建立高校向国家输送优秀运动员的培养机制,科学处理"学训矛盾"等。

Through reviewing literature and investigating Wuhan Science and Engineering University, this paper researches on the current situation of the model ＂combining sports training with academic learning＂ to cultivate outstanding athletes. Research findings indicate that preliminary achievements have been made in China＇s higher learning institutions ＂attempt to combine sports training with academic learning to cultivate outstanding athletes but when it comes to the specific implementation, it is far from enough and needs further improvement. Against this backdrop, the thesis writer proposes such countermeasures as enhancement of athletes＇ideological and cultural education, cultivation of athlete＇scientific training concept, improvement of coaches＇scientific training level, establishment of the mechanism of higher learning institutions being responsible for training and transporting outstanding athletes to the country and scientific handling of ＂ learnin~ vs. training＂ contradiction.
