摘要 股权激励是一种长效激励方式,在我国上市公司全面实行是大势所趋,是历史发展的必然要求。我国应深化国有企业改革,尽快建立现代企业制度,抓紧完善相关的法律、法规及相关政策,为我国企业全面实行股权激励制度创造条件。
