兵团农牧团场群众体育服务体系及发展模式

Studies on the Service System and Developing Model about BINGTUAN Mass Sports

当前,新疆兵团农牧团场的群众体育发展还比较缓慢,其服务体育与发展模式还相对滞后。因此,兵团需要从管理体制、运作机制、服务体系、法规建设等方面入手,来构建兵团农牧团场群众体育的发展模式。该文认为,兵团农牧团场群众体育的发展模式为:小城镇体育发展模式、民族体育发展模式、体育旅游发展模式。

At present, BINGTUAN Mass sports is far from satisfuction and also falls back behind the situation, therefore this paper investigates the present status of BINGTUAN mass sports development and puts forward the mode of management system, operation mechanism, service system and legal construction in BINGTUAN, and also proposes the development pattern of small towns; the development pattern of the nationality sports; the development pattern of the sport tourism.
