为从根本上解决职工道德"失范"问题,大力弘扬兵团精神,新疆兵团必须把市场经济的利益本位和屯垦戍边的价值取向更好地结合起来,制定并完善一整套与市场经济体制相适应的兵团制度体系。如果兵团社会体制出现不合理、不正义、不道德,则职工在弘扬兵团精神时就会出现价值取向上的混乱,个体行为将无所适从。

In order to solve the problem of immorality of the farmers basically, and advocate BINGTUAN spirit far and wide, market economy benefit stand and tunkenshubian value choice should be better combined, and lay down and perfect a whole system which caters for the market economy system in BINGTUAN. If there appears unreasonable, unjustice, immoral system in BINGTUAN society, there will be confusion in value choice of the farmers in promoting BINGTUAN spirit, and there will be no target for individual behavior.
